1.How to Initiate a Return/Claim

To open a claim, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with the following information:

  1. Order Number.

  2. A clear description of the issue (e.g., “Bottle leaked,” “Wrong Parcal received”).

  3. Photographic Proof: Clear images or video showing the damage, leakage, or incorrect label.

2.Reporting a Claim (Timeframe)

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of receipt will not be entertained.

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival, even if you do not intend to use the materials right away.

3. Refunds and Resolutions

Once your claim is reviewed and approved by our team, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement: We will dispatch the correct or non-damaged item to you immediately.

  • Credit Note: We will issue a store credit for the value of the goods, which can be used on your next order.

  • Refund: In specific cases where a replacement is not possible, we may process a refund to your original payment method

4. Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or shipping damage, Azoon Mall will bear the return shipping costs or arrange for a pickup.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service, the order cannot be cancelled.
